Today the Traditional Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of Holy, Saint Hermenegild, Martyr. He was a Spanish prince, He was converted from Arianism, thanks to the influence of his faithful Catholic wife, and also by the instructions and prayers of Saint Leander. His conversion to the Catholic Church so angered his father, the king, that the monarch had him cast into prison. On the Easter night back then, a heretical Arian bishop was sent to him with Holy Communion, but he refused to receive even Easter Communion from the hands of a heretic, and then his father had him put to death in the year 586. Saint Gregory the Great, then learned about his martyrdom while at Constantinople, and then inserted the account in the third book of his Dialogues!.🤫️
