Today the traditional Catholic Church celebrates a Mass for Holy, Saint Januarius, Bishop of Beneventum, and his faithful companions, martyrs, who were beheaded during the reign of Diocletian. He is the patron of Naples where the liquefaction of his blood takes place annually when it is placed near the head of the holy martyrs at the Holy Mass. This miracle has been verified by both scientist and many pious and many learned people. ✅️
