Saints Day

"Traditional Catholic Church"

Today the traditional Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of Holy, Saint Simon and Saint Jude, Apostles. Saint Simon, surnamed the Canaanite and also the Zealot, to distinguish him from Saint Peter and from Saint Simon, where he preached in Persia and Babylonia. Saint Jude, known as Thaddeus, was the brother of Saint James the Less, He was the cousin of Jesus Christ. He is the author of an Epistle to the Eastern Churches. It is a fact, that he preached the Gospel in Palestine. Both Saint Simon and Saint Jude, were martyred for the true Catholic Faith in the first century. 😇️

Reflection: Zeal is an ardent love which makes a man fearless in the defense of God's honor, and earnest at all cost to make known the Catholic truths. If we be true children of the Holy Saints, we must also be zealous for the true Catholic Faith. 🤔️
