Today the Traditional Catholic Church also celebrates the Feast of, Saint Christopher, Martyr. He is one of the most popular Saints of the East and West. While carrying people across a raging stream, it is believed that he carried the Child Christ across the same stream. Hence, his name Christopher, meaning, "Christ Bearer". He is the patron of travelers and is invoked by many against storms, plagues, etc. He Faithfully died a martyr under the reign of Emperor Decius. Can't make it to Mass?
