"Traditional Catholic Church"

Today the Traditional Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of, Saint Pantaleon, Martyr. He was a noble doctor of Nicomedia, He was also a physician of Nicomedia. His holy name signifies in the Greek "many shall obtain mercy"; it was given to him by Christ with this promise. During his martyrdom Our Lord appeared to him as he was tortured on the rack and burned with flaming torches. He is the principal patron "after Saint Luke" of the medical profession. His blood liquefies on his feast day in the phial in which it is preserved at Ravello near Amalfi. Saint Pantaleon suffered his martyrdom for the true Faith of the Catholic Church under the reign of Diocletian in the 4th century. He is another Patron Saint of Doctors of the Catholic Church.
