Saints Day
"Traditional Catholic Church"
Today the Traditional Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of, Saint Cyriacus, Saint Largus, and Saint Smaragdus. Saints Cyriacus was the holy Deacon of the Roman Catholic Church, under Popes Marcellinus and Marcellus. Saint Largus and Saint Smaragdus, and about twenty others were crowned with the martyrdom in the year 303 during the persecutions of Diocletian. The occasion of the translation of their remains many years later to a Church dedicated to them, led to the institution of a festival in their memories. Saint Cyriacus is invoked for helping in diseases of the eyes, and diabolical possessions.
