Today the Traditional Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of the, Beheading of Saint John The Baptist. He reproached Herod for his unlawful union. The adulterous Herodias and her shameless daughter, Salome, asked Herod to behead Saint John. The Gospel, Mark 6, 17-29, explains the details of the beheading.
