"Traditional Catholic Church"

Today the traditional Catholic Church celebrates the feast of, Saint Matthew, Apostle, Evangelist. He was one of the twelve Apostles, he is the author of the first Gospel in the Holy Bible. When our Lord passed by the toll station of Matthew, the Publican, when he was a tax collector, Jesus merely said to Him, come, "Follow Me," and from that moment Saint Matthew became a Holy, and faithful Apostle, disciple of Jesus. After the Ascension of our Lord, Saint Matthew preached to the pagan nations. He was martyred (possibly in Persia). His body reposes in the Cathedral of Salerno, Italy.
