Today the traditional Catholic Church also celebrates the Feast of Holy, Saints, Dionysius, Rusticus, And Eleutherius, Martyrs. Saint Dionysius was the first Bishop of Paris, who together with his Saintly friends preached the Holy Gospel in what was then Gaul. Saint Dionysius and his companions, faithfully suffered their martyrdom for the Catholic faith in the third century.
