Today the Traditional Catholic Church also celebrates the feast of Holy, Saint Andrew, Apostle. He is the brother of Saint Peter, who, Saint Peter is the Rock of the true Church, The first Pope. Saint Andrew was a native of the town of Bethsaida in Galilee. He was a fisherman by profession and a disciple of Saint John the Baptist, he and his brother, Saint Peter joined and followed Jesus as members of the one and only Apostolic Church of Jesus. After the dispersion of the Apostles, Saint Andrew preached in Greece and several other countries. He faithfully suffered his martyrdom for the true Catholic Church in Patras, Greece, about the year 60 AD, by crucifixion on a Cross made in the form of the letter X.
